The Internal Business Process Admin section maintains Dimension4ai people and the internal relationships that determine how they may work with the platform. The process is: Create Person → Make Person Billable → Assign Team Membership → Workspace Eligibility.
Team Membership controls platform access intent. Technology team members support users with the Platform/Product. AI Practitioner team members may be invited into client Workspaces when they are an active Billable Worker; actual Workspace access still requires the relevant client permission. Business or unassigned People are not Workspace eligible.
Client Login Provisioning links an authenticated Cognito user to an existing Decision4.ai Person. Authentication alone does not create business access: Tenant administration, Workspace membership and other permissions remain controlled separately. The process is: Create or identify Person → User authenticates with Cognito → Link Cognito identity to Person → Existing Decision4.ai access applies.
